In just three days, we guide your leadership team through a proven framework and deliver one concrete output: an implementation plan you can act on immediately.

Initial call to review your organization’s need, review workshop details. When we decide to move forward, we’ll execute agreements and NDAs along with payment for the workshop.

Two 30-minute sessions with the accountable leader in your organization to gather initial information and documentation that will be used in the workshop. Must occur at least two weeks before the workshop.

We take a deep dive into the current state of your organization by looking at operations, financials, organizational structure, functions, processes and capabilities.

We focus on the future: Value Proposition, Vision, Mission, Priorities, Objectives, Goals, Organizational Structure, Operational Capabilities, and Financial Performance.

We compare the Delta (difference) between future and target state to vet out bodies of work that do not align. Otherwise, we establish alignment, assign accountability, and finalize the key bodies of work (initiatives/projects) that will drive your organization to success.

After day three a comprehensive and complete implementation plan is handed over. Your organization has the flexibility to choose to engage Dovira Consulting for Implementation support or to drive the implementation plan utilizing your organization’s resources. Retainer and support plans are also available.
